Our ring sizes are the inside circumference of the ring, in millimetres. A size 56 therefore measures 56 mm around the inside, not across.
How to find your size
Take a ring that already fits the right finger, measure its inside diameter in millimetres, then multiply by 3.14. That gives our size directly. A jeweller can also measure the finger and give you the circumference in millimetres.
