How do I create an account and access prices?
The site is exclusively reserved for professional retailers. To access our platform, simply create an account and fill in your legal information according to your country. This information is automatically verified, and if everything is correct, your account will be activated instantly. You'll then be able to view our catalog prices and place orders without further delay. If you are in the process of setting up your own business, please contact us so that we can open an account for you.
What if I already had a customer account on the old Opalook website?
If you already had a customer account on the old Opalook site, your information has been transferred to the new site. To access your account, use the "Forgot password" option with the e-mail address associated with your account. You will then be able to set a new password and place your orders immediately. Your previous delivery and payment preferences have also been preserved and will be displayed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
At Opalook, there's no minimum order: you can order whatever you like. What's more, we offer free delivery above certain thresholds, which vary by country and carrier. To find out about these thresholds and delivery options, please consult the "Delivery" tab, where a detailed table of carriers and delivery thresholds is available.
What payment options are available?
We offer several payment options to facilitate your purchases:- Credit card: instant payment that immediately validates your order.
- Cheques: available for customers in France.
- Instant transfers: immediate payment for rapid validation of your order.
- Direct debits: choose between payment within 30, 45 or 60 days to defer collections, or opt for split payment in 3 or 4 instalments.
- Local payment methods: PAYPAL BLIK , BANCONTACT, EPS, IDEAL, TWINT or WECHAT.
Deferred and fractional direct debit options are only available in France and for customers in the SEPA EU zone. For SEPA zone customers, an order history of at least €2,000 is required to benefit from direct debits. For other countries, we only accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. What are the shipping costs for jewelry and accessories?
For delivery, we use La Poste for France, as well as Colissimo, UPS and FedEx. Shipping is free worldwide, depending on the order threshold, the destination country and the chosen carrier. How long does it take to process and dispatch orders?
Orders are processed, prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends). For delivery times, please consult the "Delivery" tab, where you'll find a table detailing the carriers and average delivery times.
How can I retrieve my invoices?
Whether you've ordered from us or not, you can now access all your invoices for the last two years directly from your customer account. We've centralized this information to meet the growing demand for invoices. If you have never placed an order on our site, log in with the e-mail address you provided to Opalook, then use the "Forgot password" option to update your information and access your account.
With regard to the issuing of invoices, our website offers multilingual and multicurrency options. Invoices will be issued in euros and French for French-speaking countries, and in euros and English for other countries. If you have made a payment in a currency other than euros, the amounts will be converted using the exchange rates in force at the time of your order. All legal information, including exchange rates, will appear on the invoice.
What is the after-sales service for your products?
Naturally, we will exchange or refund any product with a hidden defect or non-conformity within 14 days of receipt of your package. For other after-sales service requests, we can provide estimates and follow-up on request. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
