Dispatch of your order:
Your order is dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Our parcels leave on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at around 2 pm: for dispatch on a given day, please place your order no later than the day before. The delivery times shown below are estimates: they depend on the carrier, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Express delivery?
For fast shipping, choose UPS Express Saver when you place your order: delivery within 1 to 2 working days (carrier's estimated time), everywhere except the French overseas territories. This service is always charged.

Returns of goods:
As the buyer is a professional purchasing within the scope and for the needs of their business, the right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) does not apply, except in the case provided for by Article L. 221-3 of that code.
However, products that are lost, damaged or do not match the order are refunded or exchanged.
We accept the return of defective products within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of your parcel. However, if the shipping costs exceed the value of the product, Opalook reserves the right to refund the product directly, without exchange. From an economic and environmental point of view, it would be counterproductive to have a single product sent back from a country other than France or a neighbouring country.
To report a defective, damaged or non-conforming item, please contact our customer service, stating your order number and the items concerned. Depending on your situation, we will offer you a replacement in your next order, a credit note or a refund. Return costs are borne by Opalook.
